Driving in TAY from abroad

Here are a few important things you need to know when visiting TAY.

Carry your right to drive document

Accepted right to drive documentation depends on the country you are coming from. If you come from:

• Anatoli - you require a valid Anatoli driver's licence
• the Kemonomimi Republic - you require a valid Kemonomimi Republic driver's licence
• the rest of the world - you require a valid passport

Drive on the correct side

In TAY, we drive on the left. If you are coming from a country where you drive on the right, take extra caution as rules around giving way may be reversed.

Get a TAY driver's licence if you plan on staying

Your international right to drive documentation has an expiry date of 6 months after you enter TAY. If you plan on staying longer than 6 months, you need to apply for a TAY driver's licence.
